Quick Disconnect Couplings 

(also known as Universal Quick Disconnect, UQD) are key components in liquid cooling systems, primarily used in high-performance computing devices like AI servers and supercomputers. These couplings feature fast connect and disconnect capabilities, along with leak-free operation, hot swapping, and secure connections. They comply with OCP (Open Compute Project) standards, enabling quick and reliable liquid connections while meeting the interchangeability requirements of small hose liquid cooling racks.

2 FKM (Fluoroelastomer) -20℃-250℃ Used for seals in automobiles, motorcycles, diesel engines, fuel systems, and chemical plants.
3 FVMQ (Fluorosilicone Rubber) -20℃-250℃ Exceptional resistance to oils, solvents, and fuel oils, in addition to outstanding performance under extremely high and low temperatures.
4 FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer) -50℃-200℃ The perfluorinated series products are widely used in the semiconductor industry and information-related industries, including PVC, CVD, etching processes in the film process, and various high vacuum sealing processes.
5 NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) -40℃-100℃ Used for making fuel tanks, lubricating oil tanks, and rubber parts used in petroleum hydraulic oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil, diester lubricating oil, ethylene glycol hydraulic oil, and other fluid media, especially for sealing parts. It can be said to be the most widely used and lowest-cost rubber seal.
6 HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) -40℃-150℃ Application in laundry or dishwashing detergents. In the air-conditioning and refrigeration sector, it is extensively utilized in seals within the environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a system as well as in seals of automotive engine systems.

UQD: The Open Standard for Liquid Cooling Connections

The Universal Quick Disconnect (UQD) is a high-performance fluid connector standardized by the Open Compute Project (OCP) under Intel’s initiative. It enables fast, secure, and leak-free connections for coolant lines, supporting hot-swapping in high-performance computing (HPC) and data center environments. ZJK’s UQD connectors are interchangeable with products from industry leaders like CPC, CEJN, and Stäubli, ensuring broad compatibility.
